Marta Fonseca Salinas
Architect from the National University of Medellín, Colombia (1988). Expert in the implementation and application of the intersectional gender perspective in architectural and urban projects since 2004 and in specific areas of these disciplines such as design, participation, advocacy and research.
I value the work we have been developing because it brings to light the need to question and address the relationships between life and places, to achieve urban transformations that promote equity, freedom, cooperation, co-responsibility, well-being… In short, the right to enjoy and actively participate in the physical and social definition of places where we live and with one’s own abilities. In my case, I focus on the search of formats that transmit proposals through, for example, sketches that join the collective work.
