Strengthening internal planning and organization from care and feminism

During a year we have developed an external accompaniment process with the colleagues of Labcoop which has allowed us to start a diagnosis on the individual and collective motivations of the partners within the organization and to work on emotional management and care within the team. The process has developed through different dynamics developed in different sessions that have allowed us to visualize and work on internal conflicts and discomfort.

The objective of this project is to open a process to improve the management of the planning and the internal organization of our cooperative, putting in the center the balance between individual and collective care.

We have to continue improving the planning and internal organization among the members and workers of the cooperative, taking into account the diversity of people who make up the cooperative. This process should allow us to develop an internal organizational planning mechanism that puts care at the center and also move towards the consolidation and complete drafting of a new social contract between the people who are part of this organization.
